Turn bathroom towels into an all-in-one beach mat and tote bag. Start with 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel in the same color (length of hand towel should equal width of bath towel).
For handles, sew a 3-inch section from each end of a 21-inch length of webbing to center of 1 long side of hand…

Anthropologie Inspired Pears
These pears can be a cute and quick decoration piece that can add any home some freshness and style. These pears “were originally Christmas tree ornaments that had [been] bought at Hobby Lobby in a post-Christmas 90%-off-fueled-frenzy.”
Materials:
- Old Christmas Tree Ornaments (pears, apples, etc)
- White Paint
- Old Thrift store book
- Modge Podge
Coat old ornaments with white paint. Let dry.
Cut strips from the pages out of the old book. Use your best judgement (look at size of your ornament and book size).
Modgepodge strips too ornament. Let dry.

Homemade Deodorant | How About Orange
Recently I’ve discovered that traditional spray deodorants are wreaking havoc on my skin, and I’ve been investigating natural avenues. But oh my gosh, natural products are soooo expensive! It’s like as soon as they add ‘organic’ to a product they add another ten bucks. And it worries me that even if they do say they’re organic it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s any better for your body than the chemical ladden sprays. I’ve read the feedback on this recipe and it seems that people love it so I think I’m going to have a go! Has anyone else tried natural deodorant? Did it work for you?
